Mix the apple fiber with water or other liquids. For the first time take 1 teaspoon daily and gradually increase it, until you reach the desired result. Do not exceed the 5 teaspoon (20g) per day. Apple fiber is a perfect as an addition for yoghurt, cocktails, muesli, soups and sauces.
Drink extra glass of water after consuming.
