Cold-pressed, crude hemp seed oil is a rich source of omega-3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, which constitute about 75% of the oil. It contains large amounts of vitamins K, E, A and B-group vitamins, phytosterols, phospholipids, chlorophyll and minerals. It lowers blood pressure, reduces bad cholesterol and regulates blood coagulation which makes it an ideal product to prevent heart attack and stroke.
