Take 2-3 tablespoons of glass of water 2 times a day (morning and evening). During the intake - drink a minimum 2l of water. Plantago psyllium is a perfect as an addition for yoghurts, muesli, desserts, pastries, pastes, salads and for thickening soups and sauces.
