Swedish Herbs, Intenson 100g

The mixture consists of the following herbs: angelica root, wormwood, senna, rhubarb root, cinnamon, cardamom, saffron, manna, turmeric root, camphor, myrrh, carlina, valeriana root.

Directions:

1 teaspoon of herbal infusion mixed with a cup of water or tea. Do not add to milk.

Recipe tincture:

Mix the package (100g) with 2 liters of alcohol (38-40%), shake the infusion 1 time per day. After 14 days strain the dregs, pour the infusion into bottles and close them.

It is recommended to take 1 teaspoon of tincture in the morning and evening - diluted with water.

For external use:

Tincture moisten a piece of cotton wool / lignin and apply on the affected skin and wrap the bandage for approx. 2-4 hours. Due to alcohol drying the skin, it should be remembered to grease the place by eg. coconut oil, before the treatment.
Perfect for back and muscle pain.
