Coconut flour is obtained from finely ground coconuts. It has a delicate sweet flavour and a coconut aroma. It is rich in fiber as well as trace and macroelements. The flour contains folic acid, zinc, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, calcium, iron, magnesium and vitamins: C, E, B2 and B6.

Coconut flour is a perfect addition to muesli, cocktails, desserts, salads as well as for baking cakes, cookies, bread and for frying. It is very absorbent, so you need to add more liquids when baking.
