Hemp Seed Flour is made from finely milled defatted hemp seeds. It has a slightly nutty flavour and green-brown colour. It is a source of fibre and mono and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The flour contains minerals, such as: zinc, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium and manganese as well as B-group and E-group vitamins.

Hemp flour is perfect for both baking and cooking. It can be used to bake bread, cakes, cookies and noodles. It is a great thickener for sauces and breading as well as a great addition to cocktails, desserts, yogurts, salads and pastes.
